I'm sure by now you have heard about the efforts to save Bristol Bay from the possibility of the development of the Pebble Mine. At our October meeting Mike Kohle will do a program featuring the award winning film Red Gold. Please plan to attend.

To do our part the club has purchased a special Bristol Bay Outfit which is described below. This is a terrific opportunity to own a Sage Z-Axis 8-weight 4-piece rod and a Redington reel prespooled with a RIO Gold fly line. We will raffle this outfit, an $875 value. Raffle tickets are $5 each and we will hold the raffle once we have sold at least 200 tickets.

Tickets may be purchased through the mail by mailing your check to us at PO Box 166 SLO CA 93406. Mark your check Bristol Bay. Art Chapman, our Tresurer, will write your name on the back of your tikets and enter them in the raffle or at our regular meetings.
